目的对抱石莲Lepidogrammitis drymoglossoides全草的化学成分进行研究。方法通过正、反相硅胶柱色谱,Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱以及反相HPLC柱色谱等技术进行分离纯化,并根据理化性质和现代波谱学技术鉴定化合物结构。结果从抱石莲全草95%乙醇提取物中分离得到14个化合物,分别鉴定为β-蜕皮甾酮(1)、大黄素甲醚(2)、大黄素(3)、伞形花内酯(4)、滨蒿内酯(5)、秦皮乙素(6)、咖啡酸(7)、绿原酸(8)、原儿茶酸(9)、原儿茶醛(10)、没食子酸(11)、4-羟基苯甲酸甲酯(12)、二十四酸二十二酯(13)、棕榈酸(14)。结论化合物3~5、8、11~13为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of whole plant of Lepidogrammitis drymoglossoides. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by normal and reverse phase silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography and reverse phase HPLC column chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and modern spectroscopic techniques. Results Fourteen compounds were isolated from 95% ethanol extract of Baphicacanthus cusia, identified as β-ecdysterone (1), physcion (2), emodin (3) (10), gallic acid (8), protocatechuic acid (9), protocatechuic acid (10), gallic acid 11), methyl 4-hydroxybenzoate (12), behenyl behenate (13), palmitic acid (14). Conclusion Compounds 3 ~ 5, 8, 11 ~ 13 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
