通过加入DCP来改变等规聚丙烯相对分子质量的大小及分布,研究了等规聚丙烯相对分子质量及其分布对其性能的影响。结果表明:加入DCP后,iPP的相对分子质量降低、分布变窄,促使聚丙烯结晶速度进一步提高,晶体尺寸进一步减小,iPP中的β晶型消失。随iPP的相对分子质量降低、其分布变窄,iPP的力学性能略微下降。
By adding DCP to change the size and distribution of the relative molecular mass of the isotactic polypropylene, the influence of the molecular weight of the isotactic polypropylene and its distribution on its performance was studied. The results showed that the relative molecular mass of iPP decreased and its distribution became narrower when DCP was added, which led to the further increase of the crystallization rate and the decrease of crystal size, and the disappearance of β crystal in iPP. As the relative molecular mass of iPP decreases, its distribution becomes narrower, and the mechanical properties of iPP decrease slightly.
