2005年,中国石油抚顺石化公司在全国首创“五型班组”建设,涌现出了一个闻名全国的“王海班”。20多年来抚顺石化公司抓住“五型班组”建设不放松,并在此基础上与时俱进,开拓创新,不断丰富其内涵,扩展其外延,在理论与实践的探索中又有新体会,又出新成果,又上新台阶。正如公司党委书记钱新华所说:就班组建设目的而言,提升底线比推高上线意义更大。基层班组整体水平的提升,对企业生产经营管理的作用更具有实际价值。
