本文试验研究了一种新的高灵敏度的发射光谱分析方法,称之为微型化对电极气室法。其特点:采用电极小型化、取样微量化、曝光时间瞬时化、谱板背景低、测定再现性好、工作曲线线性范围宽。用此法测定地质试样中超痕量的金,10克试样经化学处理,检测灵敏度可达0.03ppb,测定范围0.03—25ppb,单次测定的波动系数8.5%。
In this paper, we study a new high-sensitivity emission spectroscopy method, called the miniaturized counter electrode gas chamber method. Its characteristics: the electrode miniaturization, sampling micro-quantization, the exposure time is transient, the background of the spectrum is low, the determination of reproducibility is good, and the working curve has a wide linear range. Determination of ultra-trace gold in geological samples using this method, 10 grams of the sample after chemical treatment, the detection sensitivity of up to 0.03ppb, the determination of 0.03-25ppb, a single determination of the volatility coefficient of 8.5%.
