目的观察细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)在子宫内膜异位症外周血水平的变化,探讨ICAM-1与炎症因子及肿瘤标志物之间的相关性。方法选择子宫内膜异位症患者43例(观察组),卵巢良性肿瘤患者41例(对照组)。观察两组患者ICAM-1、糖类抗原125(CA125)及白细胞介素-17(IL-17)水平,使用ROC曲线分析相关指标对子宫内膜异位症的诊断价值,并采用Pearson相关检验对ICAM-1与CA125及IL-17指标进行相关性分析。结果观察组患者ICAM-1、CA125及IL-17水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。根据ROC曲线分析显示,以473.3 ng/L为截点值,ICAM-1诊断子宫内膜异位症的敏感性为90.24%,特异性为67.44%,曲线下面积为0.862,其结果优于CA125、IL-17。Pearson相关检验分析显示,观察组患者ICAM-1与CA125及IL-17呈正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论子宫内膜异位症患者体内ICAM-1水平显著升高,可作为子宫内膜异位症患者临床诊断的血清标志物。
Objective To observe the changes of intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) in peripheral blood of patients with endometriosis, and to explore the correlation between ICAM-1 and inflammatory cytokines and tumor markers. Methods 43 patients with endometriosis (observation group), 41 patients with benign ovarian tumor (control group). The levels of ICAM-1, carbohydrate antigen 125 (CA125) and interleukin-17 (IL-17) in the two groups were observed. The diagnostic value of ROC curve for related endometriosis was analyzed. Pearson correlation test The correlation between ICAM-1, CA125 and IL-17 was analyzed. Results The levels of ICAM-1, CA125 and IL-17 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). According to ROC curve analysis, the sensitivity and specificity of ICAM-1 in diagnosing endometriosis were 90.24%, 67.44% and 0.862, respectively, at a cut-off value of 473.3 ng / L, which was better than that of CA125 , IL-17. Pearson correlation test analysis showed that the observation group patients ICAM-1 and CA125 and IL-17 was positively correlated (P <0.05). Conclusion The level of ICAM-1 in patients with endometriosis is significantly elevated, which can be used as a serum marker for clinical diagnosis of patients with endometriosis.
