目的:建立反相高效液相色谱法测定三黄膏中有效成分黄芩苷的含量。方法:采用DiamonsilC18色谱柱(250mm*4.6mm,5um),以甲醇—水—磷酸溶液(50:50:0.3)为流动相,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长为280nm。结果:线性范围:0.0832~0.9152μg·mL-1(r=0.9999)。平均回收率为98.0%,RSD为1.5%(n=5)。结论:本法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于该制剂质量控制。 Objective: To establish an RP-HPLC method for the determination of baicalin in Sanhuang cream. Methods: Diamonsil C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used with a mobile phase of methanol - water - phosphoric acid (50:50: 0.3) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL / min and a detection wavelength of 280 nm. Results: The linear range: 0.0832 ~ 0.9152μg · mL-1 (r = 0.9999). The average recovery was 98.0% with a RSD of 1.5% (n = 5). Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate, reproducible, and can be used for the quality control of the preparation.
