工资核算是企业人力资源管理环节的重要环节,也是对准确性、高效性要求很高的环节。尤其是对于职工人数多、工资组成方式复杂的大型企业来说,工资核算操作过程繁琐,难度系数较高。为此,引进或开发符合各自企业实际情况的工资核算软件势在必行,且对软件的功能性要求越来越高,以期简化工资核算流程,提高工资核算效率。本文针对大型国有煤炭企业实际情况,对工资核算软件的功能性进行了分析研究。
Payroll is an important part of the human resources management of an enterprise, and it is also a link that requires high accuracy and high efficiency. Especially for large enterprises with a large number of workers and complicated forms of wages, the wage accounting operation is tedious and the difficulty coefficient is high. For this reason, it is imperative to introduce or develop payroll software that meets the actual conditions of their respective enterprises, and the functional requirements for software are getting higher and higher, with a view to simplifying payroll processes and improving wage accounting efficiency. In this paper, according to the actual situation of large state-owned coal enterprises, the function of wage accounting software is analyzed and studied.
