报道成人病毒性心肌炎合并完全性房室阻滞（ＣＡＶＢ）３３例的发生时间、人工起搏治疗和转归。２例系一过性ＣＡＶＢ，自行恢复窦性心律；其余３１例均经皮穿刺作临时起搏，２８例同时应用皮质激素。一周内恢复窦性心律者２４例（７２．７３％）。２例出现ＣＡＶＢ的短暂复发，５例ＣＡＶＢ持续一个月以上而植入永久起搏器（ＶＶＩ型）。２例（６．０１％）死于心源性休克和左心衰竭。
Reported the incidence of adult viral myocarditis with complete atrioventricular block (CAVB) in 33 cases, artificial pacing therapy and outcome. 2 cases were transient CAVB, to restore sinus rhythm; the remaining 31 cases were percutaneous puncture for temporary pacing, 28 cases of simultaneous application of corticosteroids. 24 cases recovered sinus rhythm in one week (72.73%). Two patients experienced transient relapse of CAVB and five patients with permanent pacemaker (VVI type) after more than one month of CAVB. Two patients (6.01%) died of cardiogenic shock and left ventricular failure.
