目的:研究紫背天葵提取物对电离辐射损伤的预防保护作用。方法:将雌性SD大鼠随机分为紫背天葵提取物低浓度给药组(100 mg/kg)和高浓度给药组(500 mg/kg)、辐射模型组(4 Gy)和正常组,大鼠连续灌胃给药,第13天用4 Gy的X线全身照射1次,照射后继续给药,至第17天实验结束,比较各组大鼠的外周血白细胞计数、骨髓有核细胞数、血清丙二醇(MDA)含量的变化。结果:与辐射模型组比较,低浓度给药组(100 mg/kg)的外周血白细胞数明显升高(P<0.01),血清MDA含量明显降低(P<0.01);高浓度给药组(500 mg/kg)的骨髓有核细胞数明显升高(P<0.01)。结论:紫背天葵提取物对电离辐射损伤具有一定的预防保护作用。
Objective: To study the prophylactic and protective effect of extract of Radix Aconitum on ionizing radiation injury. Methods: Female Sprague - Dawley rats were randomly divided into low concentration group (100 mg / kg), high concentration group (500 mg / kg), radiation group (4 Gy) and normal group , The rats were given gavage continuously, the whole body was irradiated with 4 Gy once on the 13th day, and the irradiation was continued until the end of the experiment on the 17th day. The peripheral blood leukocyte count, bone marrow nucleus Cell number, serum propylene glycol (MDA) content changes. Results: Compared with the model group, the number of peripheral blood leukocytes in the low concentration group (100 mg / kg) was significantly increased (P <0.01) and the level of serum MDA was significantly decreased (P <0.01) 500 mg / kg) significantly increased the number of bone marrow nucleated cells (P <0.01). Conclusion: The extract of Gynura divaricata has some preventive and protective effects on the ionizing radiation damage.
