目的以总黄酮含量和出膏率为试验指标,优化微波萃取照山白有效成分的提取工艺。方法通过均匀设计方法,采用连续微波辐射方法。结果微波功率、微波辐射时间、溶剂用量、溶剂浓度、浸泡时间等参数对照山白有效成分的提取具有交互作用,优选出的最佳萃取工艺为:微波功率500 W,辐射时间30 min,浸泡时间2.5 h,固液比为1∶16,乙醇浓度为87%。结论建立的数学模型和优化结果合理,微波萃取照山白有效成分是可行的。
OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction process of active ingredients of Radix Bupleuri in microwave extraction with the content of total flavonoids and the rate of ointment as test. Methods By uniform design method, using continuous microwave radiation method. Results The parameters of microwave power, microwave irradiation time, solvent dosage, solvent concentration, soaking time and so on had an interactive effect on the extraction of active ingredients of Rhus chinensis. The optimal extraction process was microwave power of 500 W, irradiation time of 30 min, soaking time 2.5 h, solid-liquid ratio 1:16, ethanol concentration 87%. Conclusion The mathematical model established and the optimization result are reasonable. It is feasible to extract the effective components of Radix Bupleuri in microwave.
