为防止蒸发器冻裂漏水,冰期能继续使用E—601型等大口径蒸发器观测蒸发量,研制成功了防冻裂器,将其装置在蒸发器内后,可防止蒸发器被冻裂。经原体试验证明:防冻裂效果显著,灵敏度高,不需要再辅以任何其它人工措施就能自动排液减压防冻裂,防止了蒸发器受冻害的影响。本文重点介绍防冻裂器的原理、结构和使用方法,原体试验成果及对防冻措施的评价。这项防冻措施也适用于防止其它各项工程设施和储液容器的冻裂问题。
In order to prevent the evaporator from freezing and leaking, the E-601 and other large-diameter evaporators can be used to observe the evaporation during the ice age. The antifreeze cracker has been successfully developed and installed in the evaporator to prevent the evaporator from being cracked. The original test proved that: antifreeze cracking effect is significant, high sensitivity, without any additional manual measures can be automatically drained decompression freeze-thaw crack, to prevent the evaporator by the frost damage. This article focuses on anti-cracking crack principle, structure and method of use, the original test results and evaluation of antifreeze measures. This antifreeze measure is also suitable for preventing cracking problems in all other engineering facilities and storage tanks.
