“潜器应急上浮系统方案样机”是中船总军工部下达的“七五”预研课题,由我院管理工程系系统工程研究室承担研制。本装置主要在潜器失事或超过工作深度而又无法上浮时使用,启动本装置后能在5—8秒钟内提供额外浮力,使潜器上浮而达到自救。整个方案样机—潜器应急上浮系统共分燃气发生器及其附件;快速冷却装置;可折叠气袋;控制点火系统四个部分。该样机的研制工作主要分三个阶段进行。第一阶段是方案原理设计与试验阶段;第二阶段是方案样机设计、加工、试验阶段;第三阶段是海试阶段。
“Submarine Emergency Floating System Prototype” is the “Seventh Five-Year” pre-research project issued by the General Mofu Division of CSSC and undertaken by the Systems Engineering Laboratory of Management and Engineering Department of the Institute. This device is mainly used when the submarine fails or exceeds the working depth and can not float. Starting this device can provide additional buoyancy in 5-8 seconds to float the submarine to achieve self-help. The entire program prototype - submarine emergency floating system consists of gas generator and its accessories; rapid cooling device; folding airbags; ignition control system of four parts. The prototype of the development work is mainly divided into three stages. The first phase is the design and test phase of the program principle; the second phase is the prototype design, processing and testing phase; the third phase is the sea trial phase.
