某发电厂一台125MW锅炉2011年3月20日零点运行中突发水冷壁泄漏事故。3月20日1:57泄漏增大,锅炉负压灭火,机组转入临修。该台1 25MW机组锅炉型号为SG400/140-M412型,额定蒸发量400t/h,过热蒸汽压力13.7MPa,过热蒸汽温度535℃,再热蒸汽温度540℃。机组于1979年3月投产,至事故发生时,锅炉累计运行时间已超过20万h。经对水冷壁进行全面检查。发现水冷壁管出现多处泄漏,并伴有较大面积的鼓包情况。发生腐蚀泄漏及鼓包的管子分布较散,其中炉前墙有22根、炉后墙有22根、左侧墙有22根、右侧墙有23根,共计89根水冷壁管向火面均发现存在大量鼓包,管壁多处泄漏,泄漏点呈圆孔状,直径约5mm。如图1所示。
