对T2紫铜的搅拌摩擦焊工艺进行了试验研究,并分析了焊接工艺参数对接头成形和力学性能的影响。结果表明,搅拌头形状和焊接速度、搅拌头转速、搅拌头偏转角度等工艺参数对焊缝成形有重要的影响。当焊接规范合适时,可以得到成形美观、内部无缺陷、力学性能良好的接头。焊接接头的硬度分布沿焊缝中心基本对称,焊核区硬度较高,热影响区硬度最低。
The experimental research on friction stir welding of T2 copper was carried out. The influence of welding parameters on the forming and mechanical properties of the joint was analyzed. The results show that the shape of the mixing head and the welding speed, mixing head speed, mixing head deflection angle and other process parameters have an important influence on the forming of the weld. When the welding specifications are appropriate, can be beautifully shaped, no internal defects, good mechanical properties of the joints. The hardness distribution of the welded joint is basically symmetrical along the center of the weld. The hardness of the weld zone is higher and the hardness of the HAZ is the lowest.
