In this paper, a chemiluminescence method for the determination of trace chromium in plant tissue samples was developed and applied to the analysis of Paulownia flowers. This method has the advantages of simple procedure, high sensitivity and good selectivity. The use of autoclave sample solution is not only effective, the blank is also greatly reduced.
