将废轮胎胶粉应用在公路工程中已成为大规模处理废旧轮胎的最重要的途径。以目数分别为60和80目,胶粉掺量为18%的橡胶沥青拌制橡胶沥青混合料(AR-AC-16),通过与普通SBS改性沥青拌制的沥青混合料(SBS-AC-16)弯曲实验指标的变化来评价两种沥青混合料低温性能的差别,据此分析橡胶粉对沥青混合料低温开裂性能的影响规律。试验结果表明,橡胶沥青混合料低温性能明显好于普通改性沥青,并且橡胶粉目数越高,所得到的橡胶沥青混合料低温性能越优异。
The use of waste tire rubber in road engineering has become the most important way to dispose of discarded tires on a large scale. The asphalt mixture (AR-AC-16) with the mesh of 60 and 80 meshes and the content of cement powder of 18% was blended with the asphalt mixture (SBS- AC-16) bending test index to evaluate the difference of low-temperature performance of the two asphalt mixtures, and analyze the influence of rubber powder on the low-temperature cracking performance of the asphalt mixture. The test results show that the low temperature performance of rubber asphalt mixture is obviously better than that of ordinary modified asphalt, and the higher the number of rubber powder, the better the low temperature performance of rubber asphalt mixture obtained.
