多年的班主任工作,使我真正地感受到:赞美,作为一种语言艺术,在展示教师,特别是班主任的工作魅力、和谐师生关系中有着独特的功能。班主任的赞美既能为自己赢得学生好感,又能增强学生的自信、开发学生的潜能、调动学生的学习积极性和创造性。一、它是赢得学生爱戴的法宝当我们赞美学生的时候,既展示了自己的真诚与关爱,坦荡和亲切,也给予了学生最珍贵的礼物——自信。而当学生接受这一礼物时,就会对赞美他的班主任产生爱戴之情。
