目的了解重庆市德国小蠊对常用卫生杀虫剂的抗药性状况,为该地区合理用药提供依据。方法 2015-2016年采用药膜接触法对重庆市10个区的德国小蠊进行抗药性测定,计算各药剂对德国小蠊的半数击倒时间和抗性倍数。结果重庆市10个区德国小蠊对高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯、乙酰甲胺磷、DDVP、毒死蜱和残杀威的抗性倍数分别为13.76~32.93、5.26~15.25、4.81~21.02、1.01~2.11、1.05~7.38、1.00~1.20和1.02~2.12倍。乙酰甲胺磷和毒死蜱对重庆市不同地区德国小蠊野外种群的72 h平均死亡率均为100%;DDVP、溴氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯、残杀威和高效氯氰菊酯对德国小蠊的72 h平均死亡率分别为94.0%、92.0%、81.0%、79.0%和78.0%。结论重庆市德国小蠊对7种卫生杀虫剂产生了不同程度的抗药性。建议合理选用杀虫剂,以延缓德国小蠊抗药性发展。
Objective To understand the resistance status of Blattella germanica to common sanitation insecticides in Chongqing and provide the basis for rational drug use in this area. Methods The drug resistance of German cockroach in 10 districts of Chongqing Municipality was determined by means of membrane contact method from 2015 to 2016. The half knockdown time and the resistance multiple of each agent to German cockroach were calculated. Results The resistance rates to cypermethrin, deltamethrin, deltamethrin, cypermethrin, acephate, DDVP, chlorpyrifos and propoxurone in 10 districts of Chongqing were 13.76 ~ 32.93, 5.26 ~ 15.25, 4.81 ~ 21.02, 1.01 ~ 2.11, 1.05 ~ 7.38, 1.00 ~ 1.20 and 1.02 ~ 2.12 times. Acetamidine and chlorpyrifos showed an average 72-hour mortality rate of 100% in the wild population of Blattella germanica in different areas of Chongqing. The median death of Blattella germanica by DDVP, deltamethrin, cypermethrin, propoxur and beta-cypermethrin was about 72 h The rates were 94.0%, 92.0%, 81.0%, 79.0% and 78.0%, respectively. Conclusion Blattella germanica produced different degree of resistance to 7 kinds of insecticides. Proposed rational use of pesticides to delay the development of resistance in Blattella germanica.
