化学切割是用电缆起下、电流引爆、使切割工具内的化学药剂相互接触反应,产生的高温高压化学腐蚀剂从工具下部的一些小孔中高速径向喷出,使管柱腐蚀切割、回收井下被卡管柱的工艺技术;喷射切割是先用电雷管引爆一段导火索,转而使压缩聚能炸药起爆,喷射割刀周边镶衬的金属铜在极高速度和压力下以喷射的形式(360度)向外喷出,从而将管子割断。经现场试验看出:化学切割切口整齐,但化学药剂有剧毒;喷射切割切口有扩张现象,但若在接箍上缘切割,不影响使用捞矛打捞,故应推广应用。
