由于农药的多样性和其检测过程的复杂性,目前对农药残留的检测多采用实验室大型仪器,该方法精度高但难以满足现场快速便携的检测要求。针对这一问题,设计了一种可以快速检测农药残留的仪器。采用酶抑制结合光谱吸收方法实现有机磷农药的快速定性分析,并通过嵌入式技术开发小型便携式快速定性检测装置,从而达到现场快速检测的目的。设计内容主要包括化学材料、光学激发模块与嵌入式设备三部分。开发的检测仪通过安徽省计量科学研究院的专业检测鉴定,对甲胺磷、马拉硫磷检出限为0.1 mg/L,检测精度高于商用仪器(安鑫宝SPR-88,美卡希斯2120V-FC对甲胺磷、马拉硫磷溶液检出限高于0.4 mg/L)。各项指标均满足现场快速检测的需求。
Due to the diversity of pesticides and the complexity of the testing process, the majority of laboratories are currently used for the detection of pesticide residues. This method is highly accurate but difficult to meet the requirements of fast and portable on-site testing. In response to this problem, we designed a rapid detection of pesticide residues in the instrument. The rapid qualitative analysis of organophosphorus pesticides by enzyme inhibition combined with spectral absorption method and the development of small and portable rapid qualitative detection devices through embedded technology are carried out so as to achieve the purpose of rapid field detection. The main contents of the design include chemical materials, optical excitation modules and embedded devices in three parts. Development of the detector by the Anhui Provincial Institute of Metrology professional testing identification of methamidophos, malathion detection limit of 0.1 mg / L, the detection accuracy is higher than the commercial equipment (An Xinbao SPR-88, Meika Heath 2120V-FC methamidophos, malathion solution detection limit higher than 0.4 mg / L). The indicators meet the rapid test site needs.
