目的:研究广西常用民间草药蜜柑草三氯甲烷萃取部位的化学成分,从中寻找有重要生物活性及药用前景的天然化合物,为其深度开发利用提供科学依据。方法:利用硅胶柱色谱结合凝胶柱色谱等多种分离技术,从壮族药蜜柑草75%乙醇提取物的三氯甲烷萃取部位分离得到7个化合物,并通过理化性质和1H-NMR,13C-NMR,MS等波谱学技术进行结构鉴定。结果:从壮族药蜜柑草三氯甲烷萃取部位共分离得到的7个化合物,分别鉴定为槲皮素(1),3,3’-O-二甲基槲皮素(2),3’,4’-O-二甲基槲皮素(3),(-)-表没食子儿茶素(4),3,3’-O-二甲基鞣花酸(5),3,4-O-二甲基鞣花酸(6),β-胡萝卜苷(7)。结论:化合物2~7为首次从该植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents of clove chloroform, a common folk herbal medicine in Guangxi, and to search for natural compounds with important bioactivity and medicinal prospect, providing a scientific basis for its further development and utilization. Methods: Seven compounds were isolated from the chloroform extract of 75% ethanol extract of mandarin orange mandarin by using silica gel column chromatography and gel column chromatography. The compounds were characterized by 1H-NMR and 13C- NMR, MS and other spectroscopic techniques for structural identification. Results: Seven compounds were isolated from chloroform extract of Zhuang mandarin orange and identified as quercetin (1), 3,3’-O-dimethylquercetin (2), 3 ’ (-) - epigallocatechin (4), 3,3’-O-dimethyl ellagic acid (5), 3,4-O - dimethyl ellagic acid (6), beta-daucosterol (7). Conclusion: Compounds 2 ~ 7 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
