随着地球环境的日趋恶化和全球能源危机的加重,我国在快速发展城镇化的过程中,加剧了城镇人口的增长,同时加大了住宅建筑的面积,据相关调查报告显示近十年增加了2.4倍城镇住宅建筑面积,其能源消耗量也上升了26%,为环境带来了极大的压力。因此采用被动式节能设计对住宅建筑来说是一种趋势。本文主要研究住宅建筑被动式节能设计的设计方向和必要性,以及住宅建筑被动式节能设计的具体设计形式。
As the global environment worsens and the global energy crisis aggravates, our country has exacerbated the urban population growth and increased the area of residential buildings in the process of rapid urbanization. According to the relevant survey, the number of tourists in the past ten years has increased 2.4 times the urban residential building area, its energy consumption also increased by 26%, bringing great pressure on the environment. Therefore, the use of passive energy-saving design is a trend for residential buildings. This paper mainly studies the design direction and necessity of passive energy-saving design of residential buildings and the concrete design forms of passive energy-saving design of residential buildings.
