为了解决爪极红切边存在较多毛刺、锻件切边变形的问题,分析了毛刺产生的原因,即冲切的过程中,凸凹模刃口的作用力在锻件内部形成较大的弯矩,飞边旋转并被拉断,形成较大的倾斜断面,多余材料在凹模侧壁的挤压作用下形成毛刺,该弯矩也使锻件变形。提出了强力压边切边工艺和模具来控制剪裂区的变形,模拟和实验结果表明强力压边过程中减少了飞边在切断处的厚度,并在该处造成应力集中。凸模压下时,该处发生颈缩并发展为裂纹,防止飞边在冲断过程中发生弯曲并被拉入凹模孔口中,飞边断面平整,锻件变形小。
In order to solve the problem that there are many burrs and the trimming edge of the forging in the red edge cutting of claw, the reason of the burr is analyzed. In the process of blanking, the force of the punch and the punch form large bending moment in the forging, The flash rotates and is pulled off to form a large inclined section. Excess material forms burrs under the extrusion of the side wall of the die, and the bending moment also deforms the forging. A strong edge trimming process and mold are proposed to control the deformation in the shear zone. The simulation and experimental results show that the thickness of the flash edge at the cutting point is reduced during the blank pressing process, and the stress concentration is caused there. When the convex mold is pressed down, the place shrinks and develops into a crack to prevent the flash from bending during the punching and being pulled into the hole of the die. The cross section of the flash is smooth and the deformation of the forging is small.
