近年,国内可开发水电资源逐渐减少,为了进一步提高已开发水电综合利用效率,提高经济效益,最大化地发挥各个水电站的梯级功能,实现人力资源、资产的优化组合,水资源的高效利用,真正实现流域利益最大化、社会效益最大化,加快梯级集控中心建设。梯级电站集控中心的经济价值和社会效益也日显突出。本文结合小漩集控中心在堵河流域中的显著作用,介绍了小漩集控中心计算机监控系统结构、相应网络布置、控制方式。对开发、改造梯级电站集控中心有着一定的借鉴及参考意义。
In recent years, hydropower resources developed in China have been gradually reduced.
