目的研究VEGF、Ang-2与血管生成的关系及其在卵巢子宫内膜异位症中的表达意义。方法选择淮安市第一人民医院2013年12月-2014年12月已经得到确诊的卵巢子宫内膜异位症患者,将30例异位内膜标本作为观察组,30例在位内膜组织样本为对照组,正常子宫内膜样本30例为空白组,对各组组织的VEGF、Ang-2、MVD(标记为阳性血管的微血管密度)的表达进行检测。结果 VEGF、Ang-2F在观察组中的表达显著高于对照组和空白组,(P<0.05),MVD在观察组中的表达高于对照组和空白组(P<0.01)。结论 VEGF、Ang-2及MVD在子宫内膜异位症中的表达呈高度正相关,表明Ang-2和VEGF与血管生成之间存在着联系。
Objective To study the relationship between VEGF, Ang-2 and angiogenesis and their significance in ovarian endometriosis. Methods The first People’s Hospital of Huaian City from December 2013 to December 2014 has been diagnosed with ovarian endometriosis patients, 30 cases of ectopic endometrial specimens as the observation group, 30 cases of eutopic endometrial tissue samples In the control group, 30 cases of normal endometrium samples were blank group, and the expression of VEGF, Ang-2, MVD (microvessel density marked positive) in each group were detected. Results The expression of VEGF and Ang-2F in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group and the blank group (P <0.05). The expression of MVD in the observation group was higher than that in the control group and the blank group (P <0.01). Conclusions The expression of VEGF, Ang-2 and MVD in endometriosis is highly correlated, indicating that Ang-2 and VEGF are associated with angiogenesis.
