克菌丹(N-(三氯甲硫基)-4-环已烯-1.2-二甲酰亚胺)是—种杀真菌剂,主要用于抑制粮食作物上多种真菌的生长。职业接触农药主要经皮肤吸收进入人体,不同年龄的皮肤性状可影响农药的经皮渗透率。1981年shah用幼年和成年大鼠对14种杀虫剂的皮肤渗透性进行比较,其中有11种杀虫剂的皮肤渗透性在幼年和成年大鼠之间有明显差异。本文旨在研究不同年龄皮肤对~(14)C-克菌丹的经皮吸收分布和排出的影响。
Captan (N- (trichloromethylthio) -4-cyclohexene-1,2-dicarboximide) is a fungicide that is mainly used to inhibit the growth of multiple fungi on food crops. Occupational exposure to pesticides mainly absorbed through the skin into the body, skin characteristics of different ages can affect the penetration of pesticides percutaneous. In 1981 Shah compared the skin permeability of 14 insecticides to juvenile and adult rats, of which 11 had significant differences in skin permeability between young and adult rats. This article aims to study the effect of different age skin on the percutaneous absorption and distribution of ~ (14) C-candelabra.
