目的:初步探讨舒痹宁胶囊治疗类风湿性关节炎的作用机理。方法:制作佐剂性关节炎大鼠模型,观察舒痹宁胶囊对佐剂性关节炎大鼠免疫器官重量的影响;流式细胞法观察舒痹宁胶囊对外周血T淋巴细胞的影响;放免法观察舒痹宁胶囊对血清相关细胞因子IL-1β、TNF-ɑ的影响。结果:舒痹宁各剂量组治疗干预后免疫器官出现的损害现象得到不同程度的缓解;外周血中CD4+细胞的百分比含量明显升高,CD8+细胞的百分比含量明显下降;血清中细胞因子IL-1β、TNF-ɑ的水平明显下降。结论:舒痹宁胶囊具有良好的抗类风湿性关节炎的作用,其作用机制可能与其免疫调节作用及抑制相关的细胞因子IL-1β、TNF-ɑ的水平升高有关。
Objective: To explore the mechanism of Shumining Capsule in treating rheumatoid arthritis. METHODS: A rat model of adjuvant arthritis was made and the effect of Shumining capsule on the weight of immune organs in adjuvant arthritis rats was observed. Flow cytometry was used to observe the effect of Shuganing capsule on peripheral blood T lymphocytes. Observing the effect of Shuqining capsule on serum related cytokines IL-1β and TNF-ɑ. RESULTS: The lesions of immune organs appeared in different doses after treatment of Shujinging. The percentage of CD4+ cells in peripheral blood was significantly increased, and the percentage of CD8+ cells was significantly decreased. Serum cytokine IL-1beta The level of TNF-ɑ significantly decreased. Conclusion: Shuqining capsule has good anti-rheumatoid arthritis effect, and its mechanism may be related to its immune regulation and the increase of IL-1β and TNF-ɑ levels that are related to the inhibition of cytokines.
