软常开点的双闭环控制及其在配电网中的应用

软常开点(soft normally open points,SNOPs)指代安装于传统联络开关处的一种电力电子装置,它能够准确调控其所连接双端馈线的有功潮流与无功功率。以SNOPs为研究对象,分析其在dq同步旋转坐标系下的动态数学模型,给出其双闭环协调控制结构以实现多重控制目标,在此基础上对SNOPs进行建模仿真测试,分析其动态响应及稳态工作特性。结合IEEE33节点测试系统,研究SNOPs在配电网中的应用。仿真结果表明:SNOPs能够有效平衡双端馈线负荷,降低线路损耗,提高网络电压水平。 Soft normally open points (SNOPs) refer to a power electronic device installed at a conventional contact switch that accurately regulates the active power flow and reactive power of the double-ended feeder to which it is connected. Taking SNOPs as the research object, the dynamic mathematical model under dq synchronous rotating coordinate system is analyzed, and its double closed-loop coordinated control structure is given to realize multiple control objectives. Based on this, the SNOPs are modeled and tested, and the dynamic response And steady-state operating characteristics. Combined with IEEE33 node test system, the application of SNOPs in distribution network is studied. The simulation results show that SNOPs can effectively balance the double-ended feeder load, reduce the line loss and increase the network voltage level.
