采用常规方法研究了西藏8个主要土类11个土样的土壤放线菌数量、主要属与类群、生理生化特性及拮抗特征。结果表明:①西藏不同土类及同一土类不同剖面表层土壤放线菌数量差异很大,随海拔升高,冻结期增长,土壤放线菌数量显著减少;②西藏土壤放线菌种类简单,供试菌株分为5属,链霉菌属占优势;③供试菌株大部分无明胶液化能力,约1/3无淀粉水解能力,淀粉水解能力较强者仅占1/3左右;④供试菌株约有19%对革兰氏阳性菌有极强抗性,约9%对棉枯萎菌有较强抗性,仅有2%菌株对革兰氏阴性菌有抗性。
The amount of soil actinomycetes, the main genera, the taxon, the physio-biochemical characteristics and the antagonistic characteristics of 11 soil samples from 8 main soils in Tibet were studied by conventional methods. The results showed that: ① There were significant differences in the number of actinomycetes in surface soil between different soil types and different soil profiles in the same soil layer in Tibet. The number of soil actinomycetes significantly decreased with the increase of altitude and freezing period. ② The soil actinomycetes species in Tibet were simple, The test strains were divided into 5 genera, Streptomyces dominant; ③ most of the test strains without liquefaction ability of gelatin, about 1/3 without starch hydrolysis, starch hydrolysis capacity of only about 1/3; ④ for the test About 19% of the isolates were highly resistant to Gram-positive bacteria, about 9% strongly resistant to Fusarium oxysporum, and only 2% were resistant to gram-negative bacteria.
