本文研究了HK40制氢炉管焊缝在高温运行过程中的腐蚀破坏的原因及其影响因素。分析结果指出,焊缝的腐蚀破坏属于高温氧化和H_2S腐蚀的综合作用的结果;焊条的化学成份及焊接工艺的不当,造成焊缝在含氧、硫较高的燃烧介质中发生高温氧化和H_2S腐蚀。
In this paper, the causes of the corrosion damage of the weld of HK40 hydrogen furnace tube during high temperature operation and its influencing factors were studied. The analysis results indicate that the corrosion damage of the weld is the result of the combined effect of high temperature oxidation and H 2 S corrosion. The chemical composition of the welding rod and the improper welding process cause the weld to undergo high temperature oxidation and H 2 S in the combustion medium containing oxygen and sulfur corrosion.
