引黄灌区大量泥沙堆积在沉沙池和输水渠两侧,形成了大面积的沉沙高地,既占用了大量土地又造成了区内水土流失和土壤肥力下降,从而制约了灌区经济的发展。以黄河中下游最大的引黄灌区位山灌区为例,通过深入了解灌区实际情况和对灌区多年来沉沙高地治理经验的总结,介绍了沉沙高地综合治理的模式,并对灌区沉沙高地综合治理效益进行了分析和预测。
Large amounts of sediment in the Yellow River irrigated area accumulate on both sides of the sedimentation basin and the drains, forming a large area of sediment-laden heights, which not only occupy a large amount of land but also cause soil erosion and soil fertility decline in the area, thus restricting the economic development of irrigated areas . Taking Weishan Irrigation District, the largest Yellow River irrigation area in the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River as an example, this paper introduced the pattern of comprehensive management of highland for sediment loss through in-depth understanding of the actual situation of the irrigation area and the experiences in governance of the sediment-laden Heights in the irrigation area for many years. Comprehensive management of the benefits were analyzed and forecast.
