Our factory tubular fission furnace uses 25-20 heat-resistant alloy steel centrifugal casting tube for the furnace tube. In the tube furnace infrastructure project, there is a lack of 25-20 heat-resistant alloy steel elbows. Over the past few years, the contact with many units for processing outside the Association has not been resolved and has become a roadblock for infrastructure projects. In order to speed up the construction of infrastructure projects, the majority of our factory staff, cadres, and technical personnel carried forward the spirit of self-reliance and set up an elbow trial team under the leadership of the factory party committee. According to the data, the only way to make a 25–20 centrifugally cast pipe elbow is to use a centrifugal casting method, which requires sophisticated special equipment that is technically difficult and that is not available in the factory.
