为实现将液态化学肥料通过变量施肥机械进行深施,可设计打穴机构,并对打穴机构运动规律进行理论分析、计算机模拟,得出曲柄在不同角度时喷针的位置、速度、加速度图像。对打穴机构进行力的分析,得出打穴机构动态静力分析的矩阵方程,为液态化学肥料变量施肥机械的设计和应用提供了理论支持。
In order to realize deep chemical application of liquid chemical fertilizers through variable fertilizing machinery, the mechanism of cavitating hole can be designed, and the movement rule of mechanism of cavitating hole can be theoretically analyzed and simulated by computer. The position, velocity and acceleration image of needle at different angles . The paper analyzes the force of hole mechanism and obtains the matrix equation of dynamic static analysis of hole mechanism, which provides theoretical support for the design and application of liquid chemical fertilizer variable fertilization machinery.
