错误动作是影响正确动作掌握的“大敌”,教师应及时发现动作错误并予以纠正,才能使学生尽快形成正确的动力定型。在多年的体操教学中我们发现,学生在学习过程中,不同的动作会出现不同的错误;同一个动作,由于个体的差异,也会出现不同的错误;即使对同一个人、同一个动作来说,动作学习的不同阶段,出现的错误也不相同。因此,要求体操教师能够掌握错误动作出现的规律,并选择合理的预防与纠正方法。 体操练习过程中,以下情况较易出现错误动作: 1.动作学习初期。由于动作不熟练,大脑皮层兴奋与抑制过程相互转化的灵活性差,肌肉用力缺乏必要的协调性,动作处于泛化阶段,故易出现各种技术上、姿态上的错误。教师应在练习过程
