增血素1ml/kg时,对麻醉犬脑血流量(CBF)和10S-1下的全血粘度(BV)均无明显影响。增血素2ml/kg时,使CBF显著增加,也使10S-1下的BV明显降低。增血素1ml/kg和2ml/kg均可使100S-1下的BV显著降低。结果提示,增皿素增加CBF作用似与BV降低有关。
When hematogenin 1ml/kg, there was no significant effect on cerebral blood flow (CBF) in anesthetized dogs and whole blood viscosity (BV) at 10S-1. When hematogenin 2 ml/kg, the CBF increased significantly, and the BV at 10S-1 also decreased significantly. Both 1 ml/kg and 2 ml/kg of hematogenin can significantly reduce the BV at 100S-1. The results suggest that the increase in cysteine-induced CBF activity appears to be related to a decrease in BV.
