1.肝脏酒精代谢产物损伤:(1)乙醛的化学性损害:机体摄入的酒精90%以上在肝脏代谢,经过乙醇脱氢酶、肝微粒体乙醇氧化酶系统和过氧化氢酶氧化成乙醛,乙醛可损害各种细胞器和酶的结构功能;又能刺激免疫系统,诱发免疫反应性肝损害;损害线粒体脂肪酸的β氧化,引起脂质过氧化反应,抑制谷胱甘肽(GSH)的生物合成,减弱超过氧化物酶等抗氧化功能。(2)氧化还原反应的改变:酒精氧化引起氧化型的辅酶Ⅰ
