文章运用文献资料法、观察法、访谈等研究方法,从身体健康、心理健康、运动参与、运动技能及社会适应五个方面出发,分析了武术游戏对幼儿身心发展的影响,并在此基础上进一步提出相关建议与注意事项,旨在为教师实施幼儿武术游戏教学提供参考与依据。
Based on five aspects of physical health, mental health, sports participation, motor skills and social adaptation, the article analyzes the impact of martial arts games on the physical and mental development of infants through literature, observation and interview. Based on this, Further put forward relevant suggestions and precautions, aimed at providing reference and basis for teachers to implement children’s Wushu game teaching.
