本文依据裂纹扩展量Δa与施力点塑性位移Δ_p呈线性关系(在一定的Δa范围内)原理,提出了用双试样确定金属材料J_(1C)值的简便方法,论证了双样法的测试原理,验证了双样法的有效性。指出在应用双样法时,Δa的控制范围。本文还阐述了双样法的测试步骤,研究了材质均匀性对测试结果的影响。实验表明:该方法简便易行,较其他方法有较明显的经济效果,尤其便于工厂实验室采用。
Based on the principle that the amount of crack propagation Δa is proportional to the plastic displacement Δp at the point of application (within a certain range of Δa), a simple and convenient method for determining the value of J_ (1C) Principle, verify the validity of the two-way method. The control range of Δa is pointed out when applying the double method. This article also describes the test procedure of the two-sample method and the effect of material uniformity on the test results. Experiments show that this method is simple and easy to operate, and has more obvious economic effects than other methods, especially for factory laboratories.
