企业能量审计是国家经委能源局何宇同志根据国外能源管理经验,提出的考核我国企业能源消耗情况的一种统计计算方法。这种方法系统地考查、分析企业在一段生产期的各种能源消耗,并将全部能耗分解为产品比能耗,从而计算企业的产品及综合节能量。通过审计计算可以宏观地分析企业产品生产的能耗情况及特点,可以得出企业生产单位某种产品所需社会提供的能源数量及其结构,为企业能源需求予测和规划、上级管理部门的考核管理,提供科学的依据。黑龙江省节能技术服务中心对本省三个城市的数个企业近几年的能源消耗进行了审计分析,总结出一套适于计算程序化的计算方法。为满足企业开展节能工作的需要,本刊从本期起将分期连续刊登,供工矿企业进行能量审计时参考。 The enterprise energy audit is a statistical calculation method proposed by Comrade He Yu of the Energy Bureau of the State Economic and Trade Commission for assessing the energy consumption of Chinese enterprises according to the experience of foreign energy management.
