针对CO2注入增产煤层气问题,在分析CO2注入增产煤层气的作用机理基础上,利用已有试验资料分析了煤级、压力、温度和湿度等因素对CO2注入增产煤层气技术的影响。研究表明:温度对注入效果影响不大,而湿度增加能极大的抑制CO2吸附,从而影响CO2注入增产效果。为了取得较好的CO2注入增产效果,煤级应较高,注入煤层埋置深度宜为400~600 m和1100 m~1500 m之间,煤岩的渗透率宜在0.5×10-3μm2~5×10-3μm2之间,且煤岩断裂构造不发育。
Aiming at the problem of increasing CBM production by CO2 injection, on the basis of analyzing the action mechanism of CO2 injection to increase CBM production, the influence of CO2 injection, such as coal rank, pressure, temperature and humidity, on CBM production by CO2 injection was analyzed based on the existing experimental data. The results show that the temperature has little effect on the injection efficiency, while the increase of humidity can greatly inhibit the CO2 adsorption, thus affecting the CO2 injection stimulation effect. In order to obtain better CO2 injection stimulation effect, the rank of coal should be higher. The buried depth of injected coal should be between 400 ~ 600 m and 1100 m ~ 1500 m. The permeability of coal and rock should be 0.5 × 10-3μm2 ~ 5 × 10-3μm2, and the fault structure of coal and rock is not developed.
