将用天麻抗真菌蛋白基因 (GAFP)转化的天然彩色棉 (棕色、绿色 )R0 代种子种植在黄、枯萎病混生的病圃中。根据标记基因的不同 ,分别用卡那霉素和除草剂 (Basta)对 9个筛选材料的R1代 1 92 5 3× 10 4株进行了筛选 ,入选 133株。入选的 133个植株经过四次抗病性鉴定、筛选 ,获得了抗病植株 16株。进一步进行分子检测 ,转化植株出现了杂交信号 ,证明了抗病基因的整合和表达。同时也说明了病圃鉴定是正确的
Natural colored cotton (brown, green) R0 seeds transformed with the gastrodin antifungal protein gene (GAFP) were planted in yellow and wilt mixed nurseries. According to the difference of the marker genes, 1 931 × 10 4 plants were screened from 9 screening materials by kanamycin and herbicide (Basta) respectively, and 133 strains were selected. The selected 133 plants after four disease resistance identification, screening, access to 16 resistant plants. Further molecular detection, the emergence of a hybridization signal transduced plants proved the integration and expression of resistance genes. It also shows that the identification of the nursery is correct
