目的 研究蜂蜜对成年小白鼠体内脂质过氧化作用的影响。方法 将 4 8只健康成年昆明种小白鼠随机分为A(对照组 )、B(过氧化油组 )、C(浅色蜂蜜组 )、D(深色蜂蜜组 )。A组用蒸溜水 0 3ml/d灌胃 ,B组用过氧化油和蒸馏水按 1∶1比例 0 3ml/d灌胃 ,C组用洋槐蜂蜜与过氧化油按 1∶1混合后 0 30ml/d灌胃 ,D组用枣花蜂蜜与过氧化油按1∶1混合后 0 30ml/d灌胃。测定血清SOD活力、MDA含量及肝脏中脂褐质含量。结果 蜂蜜组MDA含量、脂褐质含量低于过氧化油组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,SOD活力高于过氧化油组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,深色蜂蜜组与浅色蜂蜜组SOD活力、MDA含量无差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,脂褐质含量两组差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 蜂蜜可提高小鼠血清SOD活力 ,降低血清MDA及肝脏脂褐质含量 ,具有一定的抗脂质过氧化作用。
Objective To study the effect of honey on lipid peroxidation in adult mice. Methods Forty eight healthy adult Kunming mice were randomly divided into A (control group), B (peroxide group), C (light honey group) and D (dark honey group). Group A with distilled water 0 3ml / d gavage, group B with peroxidation oil and distilled water 1: 1 ratio 0 3ml / d gavage, group C with acacia honey and peroxidation oil by 1: 1 after mixing 0 30ml / d gavage, D group with jujube honey and peroxidized oil by 1: 1 after mixing 0 30ml / d gavage. Serum SOD activity, MDA content and lipofuscin content in the liver were measured. Results The contents of MDA and lipofuscin in honey group were lower than those in peroxidation oil group (P <0.05), and the SOD activity in honey group was higher than that in peroxidation oil group (P <0.05) There was no difference in the vitality and MDA content (P> 0.05), and there was significant difference between the two groups in the content of lipofuscin (P <0.05). Conclusion Honey can increase serum SOD activity, reduce serum MDA and liver lipofuscin content, and have certain anti-lipid peroxidation.
