目的:优选加味丹参饮抗大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤(IRI)的最佳配伍成分,探讨心肌IRI的中医治法。方法:采用结扎冠状动脉左前降支的方法制备心肌缺血再灌注(IR)模型,以乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和肌酸激酶(CK)为指标,利用正交试验法,观察加味丹参饮不同配伍组方预处理对心肌IR后血清LDH、CK表达的影响。结果:与空白组比较,加味丹参饮能显著降低血清中LDH、CK的表达(P<0.05);不同组方之间比较结果显示,加味丹参饮中丹参、黄芪、赤芍、红花4味中药作用最明显;比较各组极差发现,丹参对大鼠血清LDH、CK影响最大,其次为黄芪,再次为赤芍、红花。结论:加味丹参饮能显著降低IR大鼠模型血清中LDH、CK的表达,丹参、黄芪、赤芍、红花在本方组成中发挥主要作用,益气活血法能减轻心肌IRI。
Objective: To optimize the best compatibility of Danshen Yin against myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury (IRI) in rats and to discuss the TCM treatment of myocardial IRI. Methods: Myocardial ischemia-reperfusion (IR) model was established by ligation of left anterior descending coronary artery. Lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and creatine kinase (CK) were used as indexes. Effects of Different Compatibility Prescriptions on Serum LDH and CK after Myocardial Infarction. Results: Compared with the blank group, Danshen Decoction could significantly reduce the expression of LDH and CK in serum (P <0.05). The results of different groups showed that Salvia miltiorrhiza, Astragalus membranaceus, Radix Paeoniae Alba, The most obvious effect of traditional Chinese medicine; Comparison of the poor group found that salvia miltiorrhiza on serum LDH, CK greatest impact, followed by astragalus, again for the red peony, safflower. Conclusion: Danshen Decoction can significantly reduce the expression of LDH and CK in the serum of IR rats. Salvia miltiorrhiza, Radix Astragali, Radix Paeoniae Rubra and Safflower play a major role in the composition of this prescription.
