对226例2周—3月感染性肺炎住院患儿鼻咽标本行McCoy细胞培养分离沙眼衣原体(Ct),阳性率20.9%(40/191),原代有细菌污染标本35例。Ct阳性患儿临床特点是:以气促(100%)和阵阵单咳(85.0%)为特征,有低热(60%)或无热(37.5%),仅1例并发消化道感染者体温39℃,常有结膜炎(史)40.0%;常有紫绀70.0%和中细湿啰音(67.5%),喘鸣较少(17.5%)。胸片示双侧浸润性阴影和过度充气。白细胞正常,嗜酸性细胞计数正常。从起病到出院平均病程21天(9—60天),67.5%患儿出院时仍有轻咳等症状。
Samples of 226 nasopharyngeal specimens of hospitalized children with infectious pneumonia from 2 weeks to 3 months were divided into two groups. McCoy cells were used to isolate C. trachomatis (Ct), the positive rate was 20.9% (40/191). There were 35 primary bacterial contamination samples. The clinical features of Ct-positive children were as follows: mild (100%) and single cough (85.0%), with low fever (60%) or no fever (37.5%), only 1 patient with gastrointestinal infection 39 ℃, often conjunctivitis (history) 40.0%; often cyanosis 70.0% and fine wet rales (67.5%), wheezing less (17.5%). Chest radiograph showed bilateral infiltration of shadow and over-inflated. Normal white blood cells, eosinophil count normal. From onset to discharge the average duration of 21 days (9-60 days), 67.5% of children still have cough and other symptoms when discharged.
