我院1997年9月～1998年4月对584例具有上消化道症状小儿进行纤维胃镜检查,其中经胃镜及1分钟快速型幽门螺杆菌(HP)检测试纸检测,诊断为HP相关性慢性胃炎234例,现将其胃镜及病理报告如下。
