本文以企业经常签署的建筑工程合同和采购合同为例,浅谈在这两类合同管理中应怎样发挥财务管理的职能。从两个方面入手进行阐述:一是合同管理中财务部门可实施的策略和具体做法,二是提升职能发挥的途径。通过财务审核工作中可以使用的表格登记辅以说明,指导日常审核工作。涉及的合同管理环节比较细,目的是为了更切合实际的向大家展示财务管理中的细节。一个企业,管理系统中十分重要的内容就是合同管理,风险点较多,事后容易产生经济纠纷,切实作好合同管理中的财务管理具有深刻的现实意义。
In this paper, construction contracts and procurement contracts, which are often signed by enterprises, are taken as examples to illustrate how financial management functions should be played in these two types of contract management. It starts with two aspects: First, the strategies and specific practices that the finance department can implement in the contract management; second, the ways to enhance the functions. Through the financial audit work can be used forms of registration and supplemented by instructions to guide the daily audit. Involved in the contract management section is relatively small, the purpose is to be more realistic to show you the details of financial management. An enterprise, a very important part of the management system is the contract management, risk points are more prone to economic disputes afterwards, and earnestly make the contract management of financial management has profound practical significance.
