为降低油库因泄漏造成的损失,保障油库安全,研究油库输油管道的应急快速堵漏技术具有重要意义。基于油库管道距离短、口径小、拐弯多、附件多等特点,对比研究了目前管道堵漏的主要技术,并结合油库管道破坏的主要形式和堵漏要求,提出适用于油库的应急快速堵漏方法,结合现场应用实例得出结论:针对管道破裂、阀门老化、法兰面泄漏等一般泄漏问题宜采用带压注剂密封堵漏;对于小型低压泄漏应采用钢带捆扎技术进行快速堵漏;复合纤维修复堵漏技术具有广泛适用性和施工简便性,建议在油库管道堵漏中推广使用。(表2,图3,参20)
