油库管道快速堵漏实用技术

为降低油库因泄漏造成的损失,保障油库安全,研究油库输油管道的应急快速堵漏技术具有重要意义。基于油库管道距离短、口径小、拐弯多、附件多等特点,对比研究了目前管道堵漏的主要技术,并结合油库管道破坏的主要形式和堵漏要求,提出适用于油库的应急快速堵漏方法,结合现场应用实例得出结论:针对管道破裂、阀门老化、法兰面泄漏等一般泄漏问题宜采用带压注剂密封堵漏;对于小型低压泄漏应采用钢带捆扎技术进行快速堵漏;复合纤维修复堵漏技术具有广泛适用性和施工简便性,建议在油库管道堵漏中推广使用。(表2,图3,参20) In order to reduce the loss caused by the leakage of the oil depot and ensure the safety of the depot, it is of great significance to study the emergency rapid plugging technology of the oil depot.
