分析了系统重量回路与质量回路的特点,对两个不同指标要求的调节回路,采用不同的评价准则,并得出对重量回路采用模最佳准则设计时,才能按串级处理;提出对质量回路必在化学成分上彼此明显不同,才能实现解耦。本文针对配料过程的大滞后问题,在PI凋节基础上引入Smith预估器的控制规律,并阐述具体实现。
The characteristics of system weight circuit and quality circuit are analyzed. Different evaluation criteria are adopted for the regulation circuit of two different indexes, and when the design of the best criterion of the weight circuit is adopted, it can be processed in cascade. The circuits must be chemically distinct from each other in order to achieve decoupling. In this paper, for the large lag problem of ingredients process, the control law of Smith predictor is introduced on the basis of PI withers, and the concrete realization is described.
