高职师资队伍决定着高职人才培养的质量。提高高职专任教师的胜任力水平,是高层次“双师型”教师建设的重要内容。解析课题组前期构建的高职专任教师胜任力特征模型的理论基础、核心要素及要素分类,并在此基础上将高职专任教师胜任力模型作为标准,应用于高职专任教师的选聘、培训、测评及个体发展等方面,有助于精准有序提升高职专任教师的岗位胜任力水平,从而为实现高职人才培养目标奠定师资保障。
The ranks of higher vocational teachers determine the quality of personnel training in higher vocational colleges. To improve the competency of full-time teachers in higher vocational colleges is an important part of the construction of teachers in high-level and double-teacher education. Analyze the theoretical basis, core elements and factor classification of the competency model of full-time teachers in higher vocational schools constructed in the previous period, and based on this, take the competency model of full-time teachers in higher vocational colleges as the standard and apply it to the selection and appointment of full- Training, assessment and individual development.
