本文系统地讨论了工艺系统刚度主轴方位对切削过程稳定性影响的规律.理论分析和试验结果证明,工艺系统刚度主轴方位对系统稳定性的影响与切削过程动态切削力的构成有关.动态切削力的构成不同,工艺系统刚度主轴的最佳方位也不同.
In this paper, we systematically discuss the regularity of the influence of the main shaft orientation of the process system on the stability of the cutting process.The theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the influence of the main shaft orientation of the system on the system stability is related to the composition of the dynamic cutting force in the cutting process. The composition of the different process system stiffness spindle the best orientation is also different.
